Management by pzizz - NLP

Last week I started my NLP practitioner training with Lotta at Flowpartner. One of the core components of NLP is mental relaxation where we started to use relaxation music with a calming voice from pzizz.com. Mental relaxation is good as quick energizer´s during the day but also to make the learning process more effective.
