Is the soul real?
Is the soul real?
That is, I believe, an interesting question in these times of AI evolution. From the Dallas 2025 conference on Science & Faith we can listen to the neurosurgeon Michael Egnor explaing "The Scientific Evidence of the Human Soul". Michael has also written the book "The immortal mind".
Some eX4mat!ve statements from the lecture:

"Free won´t" exists outside the brain
Emotion is a material state of the brain
Did the mind evolve?
The abstract powers of the mind could not evolve,
because abstract thought is not material

The brain is the organ of movement, perception, memory and emotion.
There is no organ of intellect and will
The soul exists.
The soul animates a human being.
