Fokusera på positiva känslor

Modern forskning på University of Michigan visar att positiva team är mer effektiva. Föga förvånande. (läs inlägget på HBR här) . Genom att fokusera på positiva känslor ökar kreativiteten, de sociala relationerna blir bättre, det blir en buffert mot negativ stress samt det bidrar till mer lojala medarbetare som alltid gör sitt bästa. HBR - lead when not in charge

HBR (Harvard Business Review)   has done it again - a really interesting blog post about " How to lead when you´re not in charge ". Gary Hamel and Polly LaBarre states that "i n order to engage in a conversation about leadership , you have to assume you have no power — that you aren't "in charge" of anything and that you can't sanction those who are unwilling to do your bidding.
